Andrea Wiktorin (head of the EU delegation in Armenia) - I have seen destroyed buildings, of course this is shocking. I also saw photos and a video, and they should be investigated in an international court. We also deal with the issue of missing persons and prisoners, our important partner in this matter is the USA. We will not give up, because these humanitarian steps must be taken.
