Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan emphasized Greece's support to Armenia at the start of the press conference with his Greek counterpart Nikos Dendias.
"I want to thank Greece and the Greek government for the continued support to Armenia and the Armenian people, especially when we are facing Azerbaijani aggression against Armenia's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
Your visit to Armenia during the difficult days of the 44-day war in the fall of 2020, as well as your presence in Yerevan now, are the proof of solidarity and support that we highly appreciate", Mirzoyan said.
On the topics of their meeting, Mirzoyan first mentioned the development of Armenian-Greek relations.
"Over the past 30 years, we have managed to establish strong interstate relations and form a comprehensive bilateral agenda, which includes active political dialogue, economic cooperation in economy, defense, transport, culture and other important sectors", Mirzoyan said.
