Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan extended condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the school shooting in the city of Izhevsk in Russia’s Urals region.
“With deep sorrow I learnt about the tragic incident in a school in the city of Izhevsk. On behalf of the people of Armenia, I ask you to convey words of sincere empathy and support to all those who lost their loved ones and friends, and wishes of speedy recovery to all the wounded,” PM Pashinyan said in a letter to President Putin.
