The Americans have sent a message in recent days that they have the will to reach an agreement, the Iranian Foreign Minister stated.
Hossein Amirabdollahian detailed the results of the meetings with foreign ministers of different countries in New York.
He noted that his team held negotiations with the representative of the European Union and the representatives of the countries related to the negotiation process of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Actions.
