One of the Human Rights Defender’s fact-finding groups is in Jermuk community, Vayots Dzor province, which became the target of the aggression of the Azerbaijani armed forces on September 13-15.
It was recorded on the spot that as a result of the Azerbaijani attack, a gas pipeline, the aid station were damaged, and an ambulance was targeted.
The defender's representatives took fragmentary parts of the rocket attack from the area.
