We are already actively working with all relevant and competent authorities with cases of human rights violations and war crimes, as well as damage to civilian objects and violations of international humanitarian law. Yeghishe Kirakosyan, Armenia’s representative for international legal affairs, said this during the Government session.
“We have already submitted several complementary appeals to the European Court in the recent two days, also with a request for interim measures, and we have already received the answers. It is about guaranteeing the rights of captives.
At the moment, the rest of the evidence of the larger-scale damage is being collected, which we will submit within the framework of our current, various international legal processes," said Yeghishe Kirakosyan.
