According to Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Armenia has all the financial means to buy the necessary defense weapons and ammunition.
"I am not saying that our financial resources are unlimited, but we have the necessary financial means to increase our defense capability, so that we feel satisfied," Pashinyan said.
Turning to the political side of the issue, Pashinyan noted that not all countries are ready to sell weapons to Armenia.
“But there are also countries that are ready to sell arms to Armenia. There are countries that are not ready for Armenia to buy weapons from a country that is ready to sell them weapons. This readiness and not being ready brings consequences, including security,” said Pashinyan.
The Prime Minister also addressed the technical issue.
“There are countries that want and are ready to sell weapons to Armenia, and there is no problem, but they don't have the necessary weapons to sell,” said Nikol Pashinyan.
According to Pashinyan, in most cases the complexity of the transport component does not differ from the previous components, sometimes it becomes more severe, including for objective and subjective reasons.
