Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who is in Vladivostok on a working visit, also touched upon the possibilities of border demarcation and delimitation with Azerbaijan at the meeting with representatives of the Armenian community.
According to Nikol Pashinyan, starting the process of border demarcation and delimitation is not a smooth process.
"We must understand that it is a complicated process. Our disposition is to move forward no matter how difficult it may be," said the Prime Minister, noting that he expects the people's support in the process.
"Because, unfortunately, we have been under the impression for a long time that if we don't go back, we can either stand still or be stuck. In fact, it is not so. We either go backwards or forwards. Our proposal is to go forwards," added the Prime Minister.
