The first Ukrainian servicemen of Kharkiv region, who refused to participate in military operations and surrendered to the allied forces, were allowed to return to their families, reports the correspondent of "RIA Novosti".
The news agency notes that the servicemen who live in the liberated areas and did not manage to participate in military operations after February 24 were released.
All former military personnel must live in the liberated areas after the inspections, they will be temporarily prohibited from leaving the region.
