The First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots of the Russian State Duma also congratulated Artsakh on the occasion of the Republic Day.
“The people who took up arms in the past years to protect their honor and dignity have the full right to self-determination,” said Konstantin Zatulin and stressed that all compassionate people of Russia are concerned about the establishment of peace and prosperity in Nagorno-Karabakh.
