Charles Michel, President of the European Council announced about his phone calls with the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan a day before August 31st meeting in Brussels.
“Preparatory calls today in advance of tomorrow’s fourth Brussels meeting with President of Azerbaijan and PM Nikol Pashinyan”, Michel Tweeted.
