Two children died yesterday in the storm at the small lake in Mettersdorf in St. Andrae in the Lavant valley. The children were hit by a falling tree. Another 16 people were injured, including seven children. Three people have been brought into the hospital. Police have sealed off the area and investigations have started. Also a diver was brought in to search the lake as some abandoned clothes have been found. The storm started very suddenly in the afternoon after a hot day with many people at the lake.
