Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan are preparing high-level trilateral contacts by the end of August. Ivan Nechayev, deputy head of the information and press department of the Russian Foreign Ministry, said about it during the briefing.
“It is planned to organize high-level trilateral contacts in different directions of the Armenian-Azerbaijani settlement by the end of August,” the diplomat noted.
