The direction of the latest aggression by Azerbaijan was Lachin. According to the November 9 statement, the Lachine Corridor is exclusively under the responsibility of the Russian peacekeeping mission. Vahagn Aleksanyan, parliamentarian from ‘Civil Contract’ faction, wrote about this on his Facebook.
“It is necessary to expect clear and certain actions of the Russian peacekeeping mission in order to exclude the further escalation of the situation and eliminate the existing tension. It is the obligation and responsibility of the Russian side, fixed by the trilateral statement of November 9,” Aleksanyan wrote.
