The UN Security Council announced that no declarations on the Istanbul agreements are expected on July 29.
The UN Security Council ruled on the declaration on the grain agreements reached in Istanbul. The source said that after the meeting on July 29, the adoption of such a document in support of the product agreement is not expected, reports TASS.
It should be noted that the participants of the Western delegations do not want to mention in the text the memorandum between Russia and the UN, which was also signed in Istanbul and provides for the inclusion of the Organization in the work to lift sanctions against Russia that prevent the export of agricultural products and fertilizers.
Representatives of Russia, Ukraine, Turkey and the United Nations signed an agreement on the export of Ukrainian grain through the Black Sea on July 22. In addition to the document on the export of grain, a memorandum was also signed connecting the UN with the lifting of restrictions on the export of Russian agricultural products and fertilizers to world markets.
