Washington does not agree with Kyiv’s statements that Ukraine is not receiving enough military support, Jake Sullivan, United States National Security Advisor to President Joe Biden stated.
According to him, the US sometimes refuses to supply specific weapons because it wants to avoid the Third World War.
John Kirby, Coordinator for Strategic Communications at the National Security Council in The White House, also informed that President Biden ordered to provide additional military aid to Ukraine. He meant the HIMARS multiple rocket systems and unmanned aerial vehicles. Kirby informed that the cost of this new package is estimated at about $270 million, and since the beginning of the work of the administration of Joe Biden, the support provided to Kyiv in the field of security amounted to $8.2 billion.
