European Union deal to allow Russia to transit some sanctioned goods to its Kaliningrad exclave via the EU, but the problem had not been resolved, Reuters reports.
"There's no solution to this problem just yet. We are expecting some progress (to allow Russia to transit goods), but at the moment we can't say that the problem has been resolved," Kremlin Spokesperson, Dmitry Peskov says.
Lithuania blocked Russia from sending goods which have fallen under EU sanctions across its territory in June, triggering outrage in Moscow and promises of a response.
