On July 10th Ambassador Varuzhan Nersesyan attended the annual Armenian summer Festival, which was organized by the Armenian Diocese Committee of the United Kingdom and Ireland.
In his welcoming speech, Ambassador Nersesyan noted the significance of such events in showcasing Armenia’s rich history, art and cuisine. Moreover, the Ambassador emphasized the important role of the British Armenian community in the development and strengthening of bilateral relations between Armenia and the UK, stressing that he will continue to do his utmost to develop these ties.
The event was attended by the primate of the Armenian Diocese of the United Kingdom and Ireland His Grace Bishop Hovakim Manukyan, Members of the UK Parliament and Local Community leaders.
