The Ministry of Urban Development of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) informs that in the Hovsepavan community of Askeran region, the construction works of the second district are also continuing.
According to the project, the district will consist of 59 private houses, of which 22 are three-roomed and 57 are four-roomed.
Some private houses have already been roofed and exterior works are being done.
The construction of the district is carried out by the joint-stock companies "Livardshin", "ALM", "ROB-EL" and "ARMEN-88".
The Government of Artsakh and ‘Hayastan’ All-Armenian Fund are funding the works.
