The visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan to the Kingdom of Spain has started, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Vahan Hunanyan reports.
“Ararat Mirzoyan met with the Chairman of the Congress of Deputies of Spain Merichel Batet,” Hunanyan writes.
