According to Article 11, Part 1, Clause 4 of the Law "On Martial Law", by the Resolution N 755 of the Government of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), the export of wheat and barley, including wheat and barley seeds, has been prohibited since July 1 of this year from the territory of Artsakh. This was reported by the Ministry of Agriculture of Artsakh.
The control over the implementation of this decision has been entrusted to the Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Artsakh State Revenue Committee.
