Today, the newly appointed Ambassador of the State of Israel to the Republic of Armenia Joel Lion (residence in Jerusalem) presented his credentials to President of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan.
The President of the Republic congratulated and wished the Ambassador success in his responsible work.
Ambassador Joel Lion noted that he will make every effort to expand and deepen the Armenian-Israeli cooperation.
Both sides stressed that there is a great potential for expanding cooperation between the two countries, and steps need to be taken to add qualitatively new content to the bilateral agenda.
