During a press conference with media and NGOs, Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan touched upon the issue of normalization of relations with Turkey.
“If I say now that there is no possibility, the question will arise, then why are we negotiating? If we negotiate, then there is a certain understanding that it is possible to do it, it is possible to move forward step by step, in small steps.
We believe that there is an opportunity, and we are ready to do everything to use that opportunity,” said Nikol Pashinyan.
According to him, the constant chanting of ‘Zangezur Corridor’ from Turkey hinders and creates a negative background.
“There are also statements that are not very useful for the process, but it does not mean that we will stop the dialogue after those statements,” said the Prime Minister.
