During a press conference, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba did not rule out the possibility of discussing the establishment of the country's borders before February 24 during the talks between Moscow and Russia. He expressed confidence that the options for achieving peace should be discussed by the presidents of Ukraine and Russia.
“Kyiv will continue to defend the integrity of its sovereign territory,” Kuleba said.
At the same time, the diplomat expressed concern that the Russian side has more resources, and the weapons of the West are not enough even to strengthen the front in Donbas.
