Russia's RIA Novosti news agency released footage of Tuesday (June 21) of what it said were Ukrainian service personnel who had surrendered in the area around the besieged city of Sievierodonetsk.
The area, in the Luhansk region of eastern Ukraine, has been a key frontline battleground between pro-Russian and Ukrainian fighters in recent weeks.
The news agency said the men had surrendered without resisting.
