The presentation of the work ‘The Artsakh Issue - the Foreign Policy of the Artsakh Republic’ took place at the Artsakh Permanent Representation in Armenia. According to Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Foreign Minister David Babayan, the book he authored is a small encyclopedia that will be useful for political, public, scientific and educational circles, as well as for media representatives.
Various processes related to Artsakh are presented. In the first part of the work there are historical facts, in the second - humanitarian issues - refugees, captives, etc., and in the third - reference is made to the foreign policy of Artsakh.
David Babayan (Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Artsakh Republic) - A number of important concepts are presented, which are mostly exploited especially by Azerbaijan. We are talking about Khojaly. I should mention that Artsakh is the only country in the world that has no borders.
