3300 new apartments are being built for the people of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) who lost their homes in the war in Stepanakert, Hovsepavan, Krasnio, Ivanyan, Astghashen, Noragyugh, Karmir village communities, Armenia’s Government informs about this.
In parallel with the construction works, new programs are being developed.
The Hayastan All-Armenian Fund, private investment companies and philanthropists have joined the government-initiated program.
