Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who is on an official visit to Qatar, received the members of the Qatar Business Council headed by President Hussain Ibrahim Al-Fardan.
Issues related to the opportunities for implementation of investment programs in different spheres in Armenia were discussed at the meeting. Nikol Pashinyan stressed the readiness of the Armenian government to promote the effective implementation of possible programs.
The members of the Business Council mentioned that they are ready to discuss and consider the proposals to operate in Armenia in different directions.
In this context, the possibilities of implementing investment projects in the fields of agriculture, jewelry, tourism, energy and high technologies were discussed.
An agreement has been reached to submit specific project plans to the Qatari Business Council in the near future.
