On 13 June, President of the Artsakh Republic (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Harutyunyan met with a group of public figures and representatives of non-governmental organizations.
Issues related to the formation of the Public Council were on the agenda. The participants of the discussion stressed the importance of cooperation between public and state structures in confronting the domestic and external challenges Artsakh faces, and the role of the Public Council as a possible effective platform for such cooperation.
Chief of Staff of the Artsakh President Karen Shahramanyan took part in the meeting.
