During a joint press conference with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan reported that the possible document on normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan and issues related to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement process were at the center of their discussion.
"I reaffirmed the readiness of the Government of the Republic of Armenia to make efforts to achieve stability and peace in the region. In this context, the addressing of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is key, which will include the key points of the final decision on the security of the people of Artsakh, the provision of all rights, the status of Nagorno-Karabakh.
The principles of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement have been developed by the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs and we are interested in activating this format endowed with a mediation mandate by the international community," Mirzoyan said.
