On June 8, at the meeting with the delegation headed by the President of the Venice Commission Claire Bazy Malaurie, the RA NA Vice President and the Head of the Armenian delegation to the PACE Ruben Rubinyan highlighted the official visit of the newly elected President of the Venice Commission to Armenia and appreciated the effective cooperation with the structure.

According to Ruben Rubinyan, the authorities of Armenia continue to adhere to the process of democratic reforms began after the Velvet Revolution. In this regard, the Deputy Speaker stressed the need for the support of the Commission.
Reference was made to the work of the newly created Constitutional Reforms Council.
