Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar has announced that a new Turkish military operation in northern Syria will be launched "at the right time and in the right place.”
Answering the question of the journalists whether the operation will be limited to Tal Rifaat and Manbij districts, the minister added that if required, it can be extended to other regions.
Despite that, Akar stated. "We always say that we respect the territorial integrity and sovereignty of all our neighbors, including Iraq and Syria."
