The Ministry of Urban Planning of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) informs that with the funding of ‘Hayastan’ All-Armenian Fund, the construction of a new district near the Tigran Mets Street in capital city of Stepanakert continues.
The construction of the first of the three apartment buildings envisaged in the first stage is being actively carried out in several directions simultaneously.
In parallel with the construction of the columns of the 6th floor, the walls of the lower floors are being lined, the windows are being installed and the interior is being finished.
