The website of the Russian ‘RIA Novosti’ news agency has been blocked in Azerbaijan.
In response to a question from the agency about the reasons for blocking the website, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry accused RIA Novosti of “circulating statements of Nagorno-Karabakh.”
Earlier, RIA Novosti presented various excerpts from an interview with Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) State Minister Artak Beglaryan, in which the official touched upon the negotiation process with Azerbaijan, the international recognition of Nagorno-Karabakh, the expansion of the Russian peacekeeping mission and other issues.
