The Finnish Parliament has approved the country's membership offer to NATO: 188 deputies voted in favor of applying for membership in the North Atlantic Alliance, 8 - against.
Earlier, after a long discussion, the Foreign Affairs Committee of the country's Parliament expressed the opinion that Finland should apply for NATO membership.
