The Swedish Foreign Minister has signed the application for membership in the North Atlantic Alliance.
Ann Linde noted that it will be sent to NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg. According to the Foreign Minister, this is the best decision for Sweden.
The Finnish Parliament is also expected to approve NATO membership today.
