Hovsepavan community of Askeran region in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) is expanding. This is stated on the Facebook page of the ‘Hayastan’ All-Armenian Fund.
“The Hovsepavan community of Artsakh’s Askeran region is expanding. 32 families will have new homes thanks to the ongoing construction of a new district,” the statement reads.
