Within the framework of his working visit to Georgia, the Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan met with the Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili.
The Secretary of the Security Council conveyed to the Prime Minister of Georgia the warm greetings of the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan.
Both sides praised the warm relations between Prime Minister Pashinyan and Prime Minister Gharibashvili, expressing hope that such a positive quality of relations will be transferred to the Armenian-Georgian cooperation at other levels.
The Secretary General of the Security Council presented the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the process of normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations.
The parties discussed a number of issues related to the regional security situation, in the context of which A. Grigoryan presented Armenia's vision for solving security problems in the South Caucasus and maintaining stability in the region.
The prospects of Georgian mediation in regional economic, economic and humanitarian issues were discussed.
The interlocutors also focused on the situation in Ukraine and its impact on our region, in which they shared their experience in managing the challenges of their countries.
