The West knows nothing about Moscow’s foreign policy; it is wrong to think that sanctions will force Russia to apologize. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated this in an interview with Al Arabiya TV channel.
He said that Moscow does not think that it is at war with NATO, but the alliance does not seem to think so. Lavrov added that the Russian side has never manipulated the issue of nuclear war.
“There is no doubt that the peoples of Russia and Ukraine will live in an atmosphere of peace and neighborliness,” said the Russian top diplomat.
