The shelling of Donbas continues. Russian troops are trying to establish full control over Donetsk and Lugansk regions. According to the Ukrainian authorities, small villages are being shelled, as well as railways and other infrastructure. The aim is to stop or at least slow down the supply of Western weapons to Ukraine, Euronews reports.
At the same time, Russia’s Ministry of Defense claims that it strikes only military objects. The agency said that 32 of them were fired on Tuesday, destroying two Buk-M1 anti-aircraft missile systems.
The Russian army also targets southern Ukraine. The Russian armed forces fired at the Dniester Bridge in the Odessa region, which leads to Romania, yesterday. In occupied Kherson, according to Kyiv, a referendum on the establishment of the so-called ‘Kherson People's Republic’ will be organized soon.
