Russia's special military operation will end when its tasks are implemented: protection of the civilian population of Donbas, demilitarization and denationalization of Ukraine, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported.
According to the ministry, one of the tasks is to eliminate the threats to Russia from Ukraine because of NATO.
According to the ministry, the five permanent members of the UN Security Council - Russia, China, Great Britain, the United States and France can act as guarantors of Ukraine's security, that issue is being discussed in the Russian-Ukrainian negotiations, which continue almost every day through video.
