On April 19, the delegation led by European Union Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar met with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and then Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.
The EU Special Representative noted that the purpose of the visit was to ensure the implementation of the agreed issues. Toivo Klaar informed that he will visit Yerevan in the second half of this week.
