The third meeting of the Special Representatives of Armenia and Turkey will take place in Vienna. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, the Turkish Foreign Minister announced. He did not clarify the possible date of the meeting.
At the same time, Çavuşoğlu expressed opinion that the negotiations between the special representatives of the two countries should be held in Armenia or Turkey, and not in a third country.
