On April 13, Armenia’s Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to the Republic of Armenia Kishan Dan Dewal.
A number of issues related to bilateral cooperation in the defense sphere were discussed during the meeting.

In particular, the deepening of cooperation in the fields of military-technical, military-educational, combat training and peacekeeping was highlighted.
The parties stressed the need for military-political consultations, high-level reciprocal visits, as well as the signing of an agreement on military cooperation between Armenian and the Indian defense ministries.
