Toivo Klaar, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia, had telephone conversations with Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan and Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan Hikmet Hajiyev. Klaar stated this on his Twitter.
“The European Union fully supports engagement between Armenia and Azerbaijan,” the diplomat added.
He informed that yesterday he had telephone conversations with the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan.
