President of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan signed a decree appointing Armen Pambukhchyan as Minister of Emergency Situations upon the advice of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, the presidency said.
Pambukhchyan was serving as First Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations at the time of appointment.
