Stéphane Dujarric, the Spokesperson for the Secretary-General of the United Nations welcomed the meeting of the Armenian Prime Minister and Azerbaijani President, which took place yesterday in Brussels with the participation of Charles Michel, the President of the European Council.
“We are inspired by the ongoing direct cooperation between Armenia and Azerbaijan at the highest level. We acknowledge the readiness of the parties to further negotiations and to taking concrete steps to establish peace and stability in the region," the announcement of the UN Secretary-General said.
