“In recent years, the Armenian-Russian interstate relations have reached a qualitatively new level of allied cooperation, which is distinguished by active dialogue at high levels, close cooperation within the CSTO, EEU, CIS and other international organizations, cooperation in military-political-military-technical spheres, gradual improvement of the legal field, effective trade-economic, interregional-humanitarian partnership”, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said at the extended meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
