RUSSIA CHANGED TACTICS: ZELENSKY

CANADA WILL NOT EXPEL RUSSIAN DIPLOMATS
Ottawa will not expel Russian diplomats. The Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau stated that the deportation of Russian diplomats is not in Canada's favor.
