US Secretary of State Antony Blinken had a telephone conversation with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. The parties discussed the situation in the South Caucasus, as well as the issue of normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Reference was also made to the unblocking of regional communications.
